In the film, Ritch takes another shot at stand-up comedy.

I ordered ‘I AM COMIC’ today and can’t wait to watch it!

Every comic eventually ask the question “Am I good enough or am I wasting my time”, sit then down and let them watch I Am Comic. Once they see a veteran in the comedy game go through the same doubts and fears…it lets you know, everything is going to be ok. That movie shows what to expect from the comedy game and maybe how to deal with it a little better knowing those pitfalls exist.

I saw this and second the recommendation. I loved the interviews behind the scenes, backstage and in the condo one comedy club uses to house the talent. It seems to give a pretty basic introduction into what the life of a comedian is like.
